We do not accept returns on RTS Retail products.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us within the same business day your order is placed to request a change or cancellation. Shipping addresses entered at checkout are considered final and may result in additional charges if changes are required. Please have your order number and email address available. RTS Retail cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing has begun. If cancellation is required after order processing has begun, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable.
